Dr. Don Parsa is a well known board certified plastic surgeon and is/has been Chief of plastic surgery at the Queens Medical Center.

 

Dr. Parsa has written numerous articles and has won awards in excellence for his teaching position with the John H. Burns school of Medicine. Addtionally Dr. Parsa has been on the Board of Medical Examiners here in Hawaii. Dr. Flowers, Dr. Penoff and and Dr. Parsa are some of the more senior surgeons in Hawaii.
