How long has my plastic surgeon been in practice?

Every Plastic Surgeon Web site says the surgeon is experienced, but what are the facts?

With over 20 Board Certified Plastic Surgeons to choose from in the State of Hawaii, you have more than adequate options. Certainly experience counts as with any skilled craftsman. We have researched out the years these surgeons have been in Hawaii for you. There are very senior surgeons here in Hawaii with some having more than 25 years experience as surgeons in Hawaii. Some of these surgeons may have practiced longer in other areas of the country, or have not been in private practice (e.g. military) so we limited this to time in private practice in Hawaii. We set our bench marks at 25, 15 and 5 years which admittedly is an arbitrary time span, but we feel this is adequate to make a decision if you choose experience as your criteria.
